What a life saver!!!! Excellent service and professionalism by Donnie from day one. He was sincere and helpful from the first phone call and up until the very end. Just the type of person you need when looking for your first home. He saved me from a not so good experience from a different agent and he helped me find the perfect home from the 1st day I called him. When it came to selling our family’s house, my sister and I were at a loss, because It seemed like an insurmountable task. In January of 2018 my siblings and I were charged with selling our two family homes in a transitional section of Providence. We needed to sell them as fast as possible to financially support our Mom. We interviewed four different companies who came up in a search near the homes to be sold. Donnie was the collective choice as we liked his energy and honesty. He was great throughout the process. Both houses were under contract and closed within three months at close to our listing price or slightly above in one case, we were grateful. He was always available to us by phone, text or email and guided us through the process. With older homes, his help was invaluable. We have sold many homes and he was by far the most helpful during the actual closing process. We would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to friends and family.

Donnie is the best!! He has great experience and answered all of my questions. Plus he was great about taking my phone calls anytime of the day or night. Donnie is a very good at selling homes. He helped me sell two homes, one in 2017 and one this year (2018). Through every step of each process... Donnie was right there the whole time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can't say enough about Donnie Bennett! He is an exceptional person; honest but realistic encouraging and positive.
